Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Kontakt Player with your products?
Our current products are not compatible with the freely downloadable Kontakt Player or with the Kontakt Player that came with another company's product. They will load and play but will be time-limited and display "DEMO" in the instrument's name.
Do you ever have sales or discounts?
We not not have sales or offer discounts, except for introductory prices on new releases. We try to keep our prices affordable for just about everyone. This means that you can buy from us anytime, and feel confident that you won’t see it priced for less at a later time.
Are your products AI free?
Absolutely! No AI or LLMs are used in the production of or operation of our libraries.
What are RAR files, and what do I do with them?
We use RAR files for larger downloads because we can split the library into smaller chunks to download, making life a bit easier for customers with slower internet connections.
To unpack RAR files:
1. First, be sure to download the RAR files one at a time, waiting for each file to completely download before starting the next one. Downloading the files simultaneously will cause errors. Your download link should be good for a few days after purchase.
2. For Mac users, get The Unarchiver, free from the App Store. Windows users please use WinRAR, not WinZip. Winzip will not work.
3. After all files have been downloaded, open only the part one file. The other files will unpack automatically, leaving you with a single library folder.
4. Your library folder contains a Documentation folder, which contains an installation PDF document to help you get set up.
Where are the installation instructions?
There is an Installation pdf in your downloaded library folder. However, we made this cool video to make things easier.
Can I install Indiginus' libraries on my desktop computer AND my laptop?
Yes. We allow installation on any of your own computers and encourage you to create a backup. You may not, however, allow anyone else to copy our products onto their computer(s).
What is your End User License Agreement?
By purchasing and downloading an Indiginus product, you agree to the following:
The library is licensed to you, the user, not sold. You may use it to create music for private or commercial use. You may use it in the production of library music. You are free to make whatever copies you need for your own use and on your own computers.
You Do NOT have the right to distribute this library in any way, including uploading to file sharing or torrent sites, or sharing it with friends who may upload it without your knowledge.
You may NOT use our samples for the training of any AI or LLM.
